DESCRIPTION
The subproject Public Banks in Climate Financing looks at two types of financial institutions, public regional banks and members of the European System of Central Banks (ESCB). It examines which strategies the relevant organizations use to respond to the challenges of climate policy and how these strategies relate to the institutional logics of other sectors. The focus here is, among other things, on the role of governance arrangements and management approaches as an expression of a new political economy of climate financing.
